Media Release October 28, 2025 - Bail Violations

A 30-year-old Lindsay man is in custody following a report that a wanted individual had entered a multi-unit dwelling on Sussex Street South in Lindsay, Ontario, on October 27, 2025.

Police arrived shortly before 4:00 p.m. and attended an apartment where the suspect was believed to be inside. While speaking through the door, officers received information that the man had jumped from the apartment balcony. Investigators determined that he had not reached the ground and eventually located him hiding on the balcony directly below.

The man was taken into custody and found to be wanted on six arrest warrants related to various property crimes and breaches of court orders.

He was transported to the Kawartha Lakes Police Service and later taken to the Ontario Court of Justice in Lindsay, where he awaits a bail hearing.
