Search Warrant in Lindsay:

‍ ‍

Kawartha Lakes Police Service Criminal Investigations Branch with the assistance of The Ontario Provincial Police Tactics and Rescue Unit, Emergency Response Team and K-9, executed a search warrant in the area of Sussex Street South in Lindsay.

‍ ‍

At approximately 12:52am on March 7th 2026, the search warrant was executed and as a result of the investigation 1 loaded 9mm handgun as well as $10,390.00 in Canadian Currency was seized.  Furthermore, 175.9 grams of pink Fentanyl, 83.2 grams of blue Fentanyl, 64.4 grams of Raw Fentanyl, 395.6 grams of Cocaine and 40.6 grams of crack cocaine were seized. With a total street value of approximately $126,000.00

As a result of the warrant and investigation 27-year-old male, Oshaine Walker of Mississauga was arrested and charged with:

‍ ‍

·         Possession of a loaded prohibited firearm

‍ ‍

·         Unauthorized Possession of a prohibited firearm

‍ ‍

·         Knowledge of unauthorized Possession of a firearm

‍ ‍

·         Possession of a firearm contrary to a prohibition order X2

‍ ‍

·         Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of Trafficking – Cocaine

‍ ‍

·         Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking – Fentanyl

‍ ‍

·         Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking – Crack Cocaine

‍ ‍

·         Possession of Proceeds Obtained by Crime Over $5,000

‍ ‍

The accused male was also out on Parole at the time of his arrest.

‍ ‍

35-year-old female, Marry Jean Collins of Lindsay was also arrested and charged with:

‍ ‍

·         Possession of a loaded prohibited firearm

‍ ‍

·         Unauthorized Possession of a prohibited firearm

‍ ‍

·         Knowledge of unauthorized Possession of a firearm

‍ ‍

·         Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of Trafficking – Cocaine

‍ ‍

·         Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking – Fentanyl

‍ ‍

·         Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking – Crack Cocaine

‍ ‍

·         Possession of Proceeds Obtained by Crime Over $5,000

‍ ‍

·         Fail to Comply with Probation

‍ ‍

Both accused were held for a bail hearing and will appear at the Ontario Court of Justice located at 440 Kent Street West in Lindsay.
