Media Release August 11, 2026 - Investigating Thefts of Lotto Tickets

Kawartha Lakes Police has made an arrest in relation to these thefts. Thank you to the public for your assistance.

Kawartha Lakes Police are continuing to investigate multiple thefts of lotto tickets from convenience stores in Lindsay.

Between August 7, 2026 and August 10, 2026, police received four reports of thefts from convenience stores located in Lindsay. In each incident, an individual entered the store, requested lotto tickets, grabbed tickets from the display and without paying.

Investigators are seeking assistance from the public to identify the individual pictured below in connection to these incidents.
