Threatening Charges

On Thursday, November 16, 2023 at approximately 9:30pm, officers responded to a dispute on Durham Street East. Upon arrival officers heard a male involved in the dispute, threaten to kill another individual. As a result of the investigation, a 29-year-old Lindsay man was arrested for threatening. While in custody the male threatened to kill a police officer.

The accused has been charged with uttering threat – cause death or bodily harm X2. The accused will appear at the Ontario Court of Justice located at 440 Kent Street West in Lindsay on December 28, 2023.
