Police investigating a break and enter
The Kawartha Lakes Police Service is investigating a break and enter that occurred at a Highway 35 North business, in Lindsay. Sometime between 10:00pm on August 20, and 9:30am on August 21 the business was entered and a quantity of cash was stolen. Officers collected physical evidence from the scene. Stolen Trailer investigation
On Monday August 21, 2023 at approximately 8:30am the Kawartha Lakes Police received a report of a stolen trailer from a George Street business in Lindsay. Videa surveillance shows a black sport utility vehicle entering the parking lot at approximately 12:30am on August 21, before leaving with the trailer attached. The trailer is described as a 2021, N&N, flatbed trailer with Ontario Licence plate “W5414H”.
