Looking to identify two males

During the overnight hours on Wednesday April 12, 2023, credit cards were stolen from a vehicle parked on St David Street in Lindsay. The cards have since been used to make fraudulent purchases at a convenience store in Lindsay and to acquire transportation to Oshawa.

Suspects are described as:

  • male, white, 40 – 49 years, grey hair, wearing a black hooded jacket, hood grey shirt and jeans
  • male, white, 35-40 years, short hair, dark baseball cap, black coat

Theft arrest

On Friday April 28, 2023, at 12:07pm the Kawartha Lakes Police were called to a Lindsay Street South business after a female selected merchandise and left the store without paying. Officers attended the area, located and arrested the female. A 28-year-old Lindsay woman is charged with theft under $5000 and possession of stolen property under $5000. She will appear at the Ontario Court of Justice located at 440 Kent Street West in Lindsay on June 2, 2023.
