Drug arrest

On Tuesday April 19, 2022, just before 12:00pm, members of the Kawartha Lakes Police Street Crime and Drug Units, conducted an investigation into drug activity in the area of Durham Street East in Lindsay.  As a result of an ongoing investigation, 43-year-old Daniel Brock-Knight of Lindsay was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking X2 and possession of proceeds of crime under $5000.  Officers seized, 1.5grams of suspected pink fentanyl and 6.6grams of suspected cocaine. The accused was held in custody and will appear at the Ontario Court of Justice located at 440 Kent Street West in Lindsay on April 20, 2022.
