Impaired driver

On February 7, 2022 at 9:04pm Kawartha Lakes Police responded to the area of Elgin Street and Angeline Street for a vehicle that had gone off the roadway. Police located the vehicle on Elgin Street, stuck in a snow bank. While speaking with the driver, the officer determined the driver was impaired and placed her under arrest. 65-year-old Darlene Patterson of Lindsay is charged with operation while impaired – alcohol and drugs. The accused will appear at the Ontario Court of Justice located at 440 Kent Street West in Lindsay on March 17, 2022.
