Impaired Driving

On January 22, 2025 at approximately 12:00am an officer conducted a traffic stop in the area of Victoria Avenue South and Glenelg St in Lindsay.

During the investigation the male driver was arrested and returned to the Kawartha Lakes Police Service where he refused to provide samples of his breath upon demand.  A 52-year-old Oakwood man was charged with Failure or Refusal to Comply with Demand and released with a future court date.
