Suspicious death

Kawartha Lakes Police Service (KLPS) are currently investigating a suspicious death that occurred at an address on Kent Street in Lindsay.  Thursday evening at approximately 4pm police responded to the address to check on the wellbeing of a resident and they located a deceased man at the location.

KLPS criminal investigations branch and forensics are currently working with the Chief Coroner’s Office to determine what happened.

There is no threat to public safety.
