Friday June 7^th  2024

 On Thursday June 6^th 2024, the Kawartha Lakes Police Service had an interaction with a 45-year-old female from Lindsay.  As a result of the incident the female was injured and transported to Hospital.

Ontario’s Special Investigations Unit (SIU)  was contacted and they are investigating the incident.

Kawartha Lakes Police Service has no further comment at this time as the SIU in investigating.
